Great advice from the master (Not me, Seth Godin)

June 30th 2008

Seth Godin had an absolutely fantastic post on his blog yesterday about pursuing low hanging fruit. It’s a quick one, but eye-opening to anyone that’s ever struggled with trying to decide exactly how and where they should focus their business development (or overall business strategy) efforts.

When you stop and think, it really is a lot easier to make marginal and profitable improvements to the products/processes/promotion tools we have than it is to “push the envelope” and dive into something completely new.

Seth continues to remind the rest of us marketing bloggers that we’re just living in his world :) His blog is and seems to have always been the finest on the web.
